How To Make Oat Flour

What I'm about to show you is the easiest flour to make ever; Oat Flour!

Now before I show you how to make it I'll tell you a bit of Oats' benefits:

  • Oat lowers cholesterol levels: It contains a specific fiber called beta-glucan which helps decrease cholesterol levels. This reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.
  • Oat stabilizes blood sugar: Type 2 diabetes patients given oats have experienced much lower rises in blood sugar. This also because of the fiber beta-glucan.
  • Protective against breast cancer: UK Women's Cohort Study found that a diet rich in fiber from whole grains, such as outs, offered significant protection against breast cancer.
  • Reduce Asthma Risk in Children: a Finnish prospective study of 1293 children found that those introduced to oats earlier was less likely to develop asthma thats persistent.

Now that I've told you some of Oats' benefits its time to make Oat flour!

What you need:
Oats and a Blender
All you need to do is add how much oats you want to turn into oat flour into your blender:

Then Blend it!

Once it is fine you're all done! Don't worry it doesn't need to look like powder at all! Its fine if some of them aren't quite blended(:

It should look somewhat like this:

If yours still has some oat that weren't well blended just put it back in the blender and blend until its finer!
I hope you all liked this easy and healthy oat flour!
I use this a lot in my recipes so I wanted to post this before posting recipes.
Now I start posting recipes(:
